If an electric trolley is used for an extended period, various issues may arise during operation. One significant problem is the inability to move the trolley smoothly. How can this issue be resolved?

Inspect the tracks, utilize laser meters for vertical alignment on both sides of the tracks. If any significant misalignment is detected, we will correct the track trajectory until it returns to normal.

Track Malfunction: The halt of the electric level car is a significant factor affecting its operation. Inadequate track maintenance can lead to increased friction, breaks, and bumps, rendering the electric level car unable to operate normally and necessitating parking.

Overloaded Parking: Each electric trolley has its own load capacity, and when overloaded slightly, the trolley may start but will suddenly stop after a short distance.

Surge Protection Parking Machines: All electric trolleys are equipped with surge protection parking machines, which can cut off the power supply when there are significant fluctuations in voltage. In such cases, it is necessary to check the voltage, and once it stabilizes, pressing the surge protection switch will restore the use of the trolley.

If there are no issues with the track inspection, we then proceed to check the electric trolley. Initially, we examine the belt pulley for any signs of slippage or severe wear. Typically, severe wear on the belt results in noticeable discrepancies in thickness on both sides, which can cause the electric trolley to move unevenly. Additionally, we check for severe wear on the fixed inward axle wheel, as excessive wear can increase the deviation rate of the operating trajectory.
