I. Features

Portable safety valve comprehensive calibration bench, utilizing high-pressure air or nitrogen as the medium, to test the sealing performance and lift pressure of various safety valves, assessing their pressure safety capabilities.

Section II: Typical Applications

Performance testing for DN15～200mm flanged safety valves, threaded safety valves, full-open/micro-open safety valves, standard thick/thin flanged safety valves, domestic/imported safety valves, spring direct-loading safety valves, safety valves with power-assisted function, and safety valves with supplementary load.

Equipment meets national standards and is suitable for performance testing and regular inspections of safety valves by quality supervision authorities, boiler inspection institutions, safety valve manufacturers, and users of safety valves.
