During the operation of plastic granulators, we may encounter some issues, such as bearing overheating. How should we handle this problem?
One: Uneven bearing mounts or misalignment between the motor rotor and the plastic crusher rotor can subject the bearing to additional shock loads, leading to overheating. At this point, we must immediately stop using the crusher for inspection to prevent bearing damage.
If the lubricating oil inside the bearing is either too much or too little and has aged, it can also cause the bearing to overheat and fail. Therefore, we must follow the instructions in the user manual to add the lubricating oil on time and in the correct quantity.
Three, is there excessive tightness in the fit between the bearing cap and the shaft? Either too tight or too loose of a fit between the bearing and the shaft can lead to overheating of the bearing. If such a problem occurs, during the operation of the equipment, it will emit friction sounds and significant swaying. The粉碎机 should be stopped immediately, and the bearing should be removed. Refine the friction area, and then reassemble according to specifications.
