Texture paint application process:
Method 1: Putty Leveling → Sealing Primer → White or Colored Texture Paint → Water-Based Transparent Dust-Proof Topcoat.
Method Two: Putty leveling → Sealing primer → Texture intermediate base → White or colored wall paint.
Construction Conditions: Environmental temperature should be between 5~40°C, relative humidity less than 85%, and construction should cease during adverse weather conditions.
Important Notes: Ensure the substrate is solid, free of voids, clean, and dry with even, perpendicular lines. New plaster substrates require at least 28 days of curing before application. Avoid adding solidified materials to the slurry for mixing.
Packaging and Storage: Packaging: 25kg, 75kg, 250kg iron drums.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from fire sources. Sealed at room temperature, it can be stored for 12 months.
