Gear Ring

The gear ring is镶mounted on the outer edge of the flywheel after being heated, securing tightly on the outer edge upon cooling. It is used to engage with the starter gear, driving the crankshaft to rotate and start the engine.

1) When starting the engine, the gear ring may be damaged due to impact between the starter gear and the flywheel teeth, or due to poor engagement of the teeth.

2) The starter's power connection was too early, causing the starter gear to collide with the flywheel teeth.
