Developed over eight years in collaboration between Shandong Limeilu and Dow Chemical Company of the United States, this material has undergone nearly seven years of application and tracking tests. Adjustments to the formula and functionality of the materials have been made based on the unique environmental and climatic conditions of Yantai. The current material boasts a long service life, colorfastness, and high wear resistance. Non-slip, cold-resistant, and salt spray-resistant, among other superior features, this material exceeds the capabilities of all currently available materials on the market. Construction process flow
Original asphalt pavement→Rake up garbage and dust at the grassroots level→Wash the road surface once with a small road cleaning vehicle→Apply protective tape before construction→Spray....Colorless base binder, one coat→ Second coating of wear-resistant layer → Third coating of reinforced wear-resistant layer → Fourth coating of abrasion and alkali-resistant surface layer → Fifth coating of salt and alkali-resistant, UV-protective agent → Daily cleanup of site waste, protective tape, etc.
