LML Coated Color Asphalt Pavement

Utilizing colored pavement materials, this is a water-based, two-component, highly wear-resistant road anti-slip material. It is non-toxic and free of irritant odors, and has passed the LEED environmental protection certification. The application method is embedded spraying.

The coating material consists of three layers: base, middle, and top, applied in three coats, with an average thickness of 0.8-1.1MM.

Drying Time: Open within 1-2 hours at around 25°C. It is recommended to extend the curing time for the colored pavement to achieve the best results.

Technical Specifications:

This product has been tested by the Ministry of Transport's Inspection Center and the China Construction Department's Central Institute of Construction, and its film appearance, water resistance, low-temperature crack resistance, skid resistance, and environmental protection requirements meet the relevant provisions of the traffic industry standard JT/T712-208 "Road Anti-Slip Coating" for cold-sprayed coatings.

Anti-slip Property: High Anti-slip (BPN≥70)

Optimal Construction Temperature: 10°C - 35°C

Freezing Point: 0°C.

Coating Application Process:

1. Closed construction area.

2. Road sweeping and cleaning

3. Mark reference lines according to the design drawings and position the lines.

4. Surrounding areas are粘贴 with shielding tape.

5. Basecoat mixing and spraying

6. Middle coat mixing and spraying (the second coat must be fully dried before proceeding to the next step).

7. Surface Mixing, Spraying

8. Custom logo coloring and protective film spraying.

9. Open Traffic.
