LML Colored Asphalt Road Coating

Utilizing colored pavement materials as water-based two-component high-wear road anti-skid materials, odorless and non-irritating, LEED environmental certification passed, with an embedded spray application method.

The coating material consists of three layers: base, middle, and top, with an average thickness of 0.8-1.1MM.

Drying Time: Open within 1-2 hours at around 25°C. It is recommended to extend the curing time for the colored pavement to achieve the best results.

Technical Specifications:

This product has been tested by the Ministry of Transport's Inspection Center and the Construction Ministry's China Construction Academy, and its technical specifications such as the appearance of the coating film, water resistance, low-temperature crack resistance, slip resistance, and environmental protection requirements meet the relevant provisions of the traffic industry standard JT/T712-2008 "Road Anti-Slip Coating" for cold-coated coatings.

Environmental Protection: VOC content ≤ 25g/L

Anti-slip: High friction resistance (BPN≥70)

Optimal Construction Temperature: 10°C to 35°C

Freezing Point: 0°C.

Coating Application Process:

Closed construction area.

2. Road sweeping and cleaning

3. Draw datum lines according to design drawings and position the lines.

4. Surroundings are well-applied with shielding tape.

5. Basecoat mixing and spraying

6. Intermediate coating mixing and spraying (the second coat must be fully dried before proceeding to the next step).

7. Surface Mixing, Spraying

8. Custom logo screen printing, protective film coating.

9. Open traffic.
