Electronics Equipment Sintering

Graphite products are used for sintering cores in various types of silicon-controlled rectifiers, transistors, and diodes. Additionally, graphite crucibles are selected when single crystals are pulled using the high-frequency furnace zone melting method.

Insulator Sintering Molds

Graphite molds for sintering capacitor insulators; thick and thin film integrated circuit insulators; sintering molds for various types of transistors, silicon rectifiers, and thyristor sockets; as well as for ultra-small relays, connectors, and other component insulators.


Graphite materials, with their fine particle size, are highly sought after in the semiconductor industry for their precision, high-temperature resistance, high strength, and low wear. This includes sintering graphite products and molds. Since the石墨 equipment used in the semiconductor industry (including heaters and sintering molds) undergoes repeated heating and cooling cycles, the materials must be stable and able to withstand thermal shock to extend their lifespan. To meet these requirements, China has developed a series of graphite materials suitable for the semiconductor industry.
