Brief introduction
The Desulfurization Agitator Type B is a side-entry agitator, featuring the mixing unit installed on the side wall of the equipment cylinder. The agitators typically use axial flow types, with push-type agitators being predominant.
Desulfurization AgitatorDetailed Description
Desulfurization mixer type B is side-entry agitationThe mixer is installed on the side wall of the equipment cylinder. The agitators on the mixer are typically axial flow type, with push-type agitators being the most common. Under the same power consumption, they achieve the highest mixing effect, with power consumption only 1/3 to 2/3 of top mixing, and costs only 1/4 to 1/3 of top mixing. The rotation speed ranges from 200 to 750 rpm. It is widely used for desulfurization, denitrification, and mixing in various large storage tanks or bins. Particularly, when one or more side-entry mixers are used together in large bins or tanks, a good mixing effect can be achieved with low energy consumption.
1. Purification Mixing Machine: Application and Features
The desulfurization agitator is widely used in environmental protection, biogas fermentation, power plant desulfurization, petrochemical, papermaking, construction, and other industries. It achieves excellent heat transfer, uniform mixing, and effectively prevents sedimentation.
Low investment, low power consumption, high mixing efficiency, and easy operation.
Section II: Institutions
Primary Components: Motors, Pulleys, Frames, External Shafts, Internal Shafts, Mechanical Seals, Impellers, Bearings.
Seals can be selected in different types according to various usage environments, such as mechanical seals, packing seals, labyrinth seals, and more. Different sealing types can also be used in combination.

Section 3: Classic Applications
Biogas Fermentation: Agitate the fermentation raw materials with biogas microorganisms to ensure thorough mixing and even contact, allowing the microorganisms to have ample feedstock, ensuring normal fermentation and increasing gas yield. Prevent separation of raw materials and shell, as well as sedimentation.
Flue Gas Desulfurization: Primarily used in large containers like slurry tanks and absorption towers for stirring the slurry inside the tower, preventing the suspension from settling, and simultaneously thoroughly mixing the injected oxidizing gas with the paddle blades.
Other: Crude oil storage tanks, pulp and paper production, lubricant storage tanks, edible oil storage tanks, etc.
