For a long time, the non-recyclable nature of foam materials (EPS or XPS foam) has severely polluted urban and rural environments. After over half a year of research by our technical staff in collaboration with colleagues from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, we have developed a complete set of equipment specifically for recycling, crushing, and extruding these waste plastics. This equipment is user-friendly, compact, and energy-efficient, making it ideal for foam material manufacturers to recycle their scraps.
Section II: Usage:
This unit is designed for foam plastic recycling, particularly suitable for manufacturers of foam plastic products for reclaiming and granulating scrap materials. The introduction of this new model not only shortens the production cycle and simplifies the process but also significantly improves the quality of plastic products. It is the ideal recycling and re-production equipment for foam materials currently available.
III. Key Structural Features:
The main unit is a two-stage extruder, where waste foam plastic can be directly fed into the hopper. The entire process of waste crushing, melting, extrusion, and granulation is completed in one go.
