Application and Features
The LGSJ-65 round wire production line is a machine for producing round wire from PE or PP materials. It can also produce other plastic products by changing molds or auxiliary equipment. The unit has stable mechanical performance, utilizes the latest high-efficiency twin-screw extruder, offers strong extrusion, high output, large torque, and excellent plasticization effects; the entire unit is equipped with an automated temperature control system, ensuring uniform and stable production of products with simple operating procedures; it can incorporate or use drawing-grade recycled material for processing; and it can be equipped with automatic feeding and automatic drying hoppers to meet different customer requirements. This unit is an ideal production equipment for ropes, nets, and other products and can also produce single strands with a multi-head splitting machine.
