Belt Assembly Production Line
Features: Handles heavier products, runs in sync with the production line, enabling product incline capabilities; production pace is not rapid; utilizes chain conveyor surface for even product transport.
Tubular Conveyer Line
Features: Wide range of product types supported with minimal restrictions; when used with blockers, it enables continuous and rhythmic operation as well as stacking function; equipped with a lifting and sliding device, it allows for offline repair or inspection of products without affecting the entire production line's operation.
Belt Conveyor Assembly Line
Features: Lighter load capacity with minimal shape restrictions; synchronized with production lines for slope climbing and turning capabilities; uses belts for smooth transportation with low noise; capable of transporting lightweight materials or products over long distances.
Differential Conveying Line
Key Features: The differential conveying line utilizes a speed reducer chain drive, with work panels capable of free conveyance. The positioning is achieved using barriers to allow the workpieces to move freely or stop. The workpieces can be automatically elevated and transferred laterally at both ends. Additionally, rotating stations (90 degrees, 180 degrees, etc.), special machines, inspection equipment, and robotic arms can be installed on or near the conveyor line.
