Operation Instructions:
1. Brief Electrical Operation Guidelines: The production line requires a three-phase four-wire power supply, equipped with one main switch. Either a three-phase four-wire four-pole switch can be used, or a switch controlling only the three-phase power supply, with the neutral line direct. Caution: Do not pass the neutral line of the second method through another switch. The distribution box's N is connected to the neutral line, A, B, C to the three-phase power supply, U, V, W to the motor, and 3, 4 to the speed control motor's F1, F2. 5, 6, 7 are connected to the speed control motor's u, v, w.
2. How to start the motor: First, connect the power supply. At this point, all three power indicator lights will turn on, indicating that the three-phase power has reached the distribution box. Press the blue button on the motor's start switch to start the motor. If it doesn't start, open the distribution box and check the second switch in the first row, the DZ108. If the red wire is long and the blue wire is short, push down the blue wire. Once the motor is running, turn on the conveyor belt speed control switch and slowly adjust the potentiometer of the speed control gauge upward to reach the desired speed. To shut down, first slowly lower the potentiometer of the speed control gauge to zero, then turn off the speed control gauge switch, and finally press the red button on the motor's stop switch to stop the motor. Finally, turn off the main switch.
3. Turn on Fluorescent Lights: Press the blue button for lighting to activate the fluorescent lights. Press the red button for "off" to turn them off. If the lights do not illuminate, check if the flat switch on the fluorescent light bracket is turned on to position 1. Then, verify that the DZ47 on the third and fourth rows are in the "on" position.
