Smart Weighing System Workflow

1. Driver retrieves the IC card at the card issuance point (the IC card is for long-term use).

2. The driver will drive the vehicle over the entry ground loop sensor and activate the card reader.

3. After card reading and accurate information entry, the initial gate lifts.

4. The driver will position the vehicle above the weighbridge.

5. Vehicles must be parked between the two sets of light grids.

6. Upon the vehicle coming to a complete stop, the weight is automatically saved.

7. Capture images from the side cameras, such as the front and rear of the vehicle.

8. Display vehicle weight on a large screen.

9. The rear gate opens, and the driver drives the vehicle out of the weighbridge.

10. Upon complete departure of the vehicle, the barrier arm automatically lowers.

11. The system is restored to its initial state.

The system automatically detects whether both ends of the weighing platform are fully on the scale during weighing using an infrared light curtain, eliminating the possibility of weight operators manipulating the edges. This ensures that weighing data and instant snapshot images are synchronized saved (continuous recording is also possible, though it requires higher specifications for the weighing computer), facilitating leaders of enterprises and institutions to call and inquire at any time. It also prevents collusion between weighing platform operators and drivers, preventing overloading of large vehicles and underloading of small ones. The intelligent voice prompt provides different voice alerts for different situations when vehicles block the infrared or are being weighed. After weighing is complete, the license plate number and weight are automatically announced. The entire system is controlled by PLC, ensuring safety, stability, and a low failure rate. The flexible coding and reporting software allows users to create their own coding and reporting formats, and can also be exported to Excel, text, or XML formats for customer editing.
