Xingtai Cement Manhole Manufacturer Introduces the Installation Steps of Cement Manholes. Cement manholes are commonly used for inspection activities in urban underground infrastructure, including cement, concrete, and precast manholes, etc. So, how are cement manholes installed? Let's learn about the installation steps of Xingtai Cement Manholes from the editor.
If there is a layer of concrete on top of the soil-cement surface, the road must first be destroyed, followed by raising the manhole's cylinder. Once the asphalt concrete road has been formed, the area around the manhole to be installed should be cut into a hexagon, excess material removed, and asphalt concrete laid within the hexagon.
2. When installing manholes on existing asphalt pavements, first, the original pavement must be excavated. Then, raise the manhole chamber to the original position and reserve the space. Next, cut it into a hexagonal shape using the previously described method, remove the excess material, and leave the space for installation. Finally, lay asphalt concrete within the hexagonal or circular area.
3. When installing cement manholes on newly constructed road bases, a temporary installation method is typically used until the entire concrete road surface is laid. Afterward, the surrounding area of the manhole is cut into a hexagonal shape. It is essential to clean up the excess material from the reserved space before installing the manhole. Only after the debris is cleared can the manhole be properly installed.
