EMtrace has developed a series of EMC immunity (EMS) software, primarily used for testing and calibration of civilian and vehicle-mounted products. The software (EM6) is designed for electromagnetic shielding rooms, performing conducted immunity and high current injection for vehicle-mounted applications. It is applicable to basic standards such as IEC 61000-4-6 and ISO 11452-4, corresponding to various product standards including EN61000-6-1/-6-2, EN55024, EN55035 (fulfilling the measurement function of audio output ports as specified in Appendix G), as well as vehicle manufacturer standards (referencing ISO 11452-4). Software Features Automated Measurement & Calibration Meets CISPR 35/EN 55035 standards (with a slope limit, rather than the traditional single-value limit) ✱ Optional mode: Requires calibration only once (at high level), allows editing any test limit (not exceeding calibration level) without recalibration at each level. A software option for CS/BCI testing (Standard IEC 61000-4-6 & ISO 11452-4) ✱ Debug mode allows scanning test levels to determine the specific value that the EUT can withstand (e.g., 3V-1V, stepping at 0.1V intervals, resulting in a level that the EUT does not meet 3V but can pass). System saturation calibration feature in compliance with the latest IEC 61000-4-6 (6.4.2) requirements System with linear accuracy calibration function meeting the requirements of the new IEC 61000-4-6 (Appendix J) Key Features (Panel) Introduction Calibration Panel: Feel free to edit as desired.Limit (meets the slanted-line limit requirements of the new CISPR 35/EN 55035 standard)
