When the ground is black, moldy, and leaking, it is due to the deformation joint structure not meeting the specifications, with debris inside that cannot circulate, causing a rigid structure and altering the performance of the deformation joint. This leads to uneven settlement of the building and the walls being pulled apart. Here, we showcase the rotating wall-type expansion and deformation joint.
