It can lift steel plates, oil drums, molds, and other materials that electromagnetic plates cannot, such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, insulating boards, glass, floor tiles, marble, granite, and other non-metallic plates. Our company's power-free vacuum lifting machine, also known as the self-priming vacuum lifting machine, requires no power supply, external control, or other complex accessories for the complete vacuum system. The working principle involves a sealed cylinder with a freely moving piston. A rubber rolling diaphragm forms a seal between the piston and the cylinder, which does not rely on metal contact or tight fit. This seal maintains its sealing function throughout the operation of the equipment. The machine is designed rationally, has a wide range of applications, and reduces operational costs, making it a highly practical self-priming lifting device.
