Metal Tube Float Flow Meter Overview

The Converter Indicator actually converts the height of the float inside the cone tube into a corresponding volume flow scale. In terms of output signals, there are on-site display models and remote signal output models: On-site display model: The rotating magnetic steel in the on-site indicator couples with the magnetic steel inside the float, causing rotation. At the same time, the electric pointer indicates the current flow volume through the scale disk.
The flow coefficient of the α gauge varies due to the shape of the float.
When the fluid being tested is a gas, the coefficient of thermal expansion is typically ignored due to the small correction factor, as it has already been included in the discharge coefficient through verification. If the fluid is liquid, then ε = 1.
