1. Launch

At startup, pay close attention to and diligently execute the following: Ensure that the coder's display is free of alarm and error messages during startup, check if the automatic detection content is normal, verify if the ink and solvent level alarms on the coder are activated, and once everything is normal, clean the coder nozzle surface thoroughly to ensure a clear print.

2. Ink Line

At the ink line position, ninety percent of printer malfunctions are due to ink path issues. Therefore, effectively addressing problems with the ink path system and ensuring smooth ink flow can provide significant work support. After powering on, we initiate ink supply to the print head, and the ink line will be ejected from the nozzle, passing through the charging tray, high-voltage deflection plate, and phase detector before entering the collection tray to form a complete system cycle. We must observe whether the ink line is aligned correctly and the back-suction is effective after the ink line is turned on, as this is a strong guarantee for the long-term operation of the printer.
