2. Exercise Caution

The nozzle portion on the spray head surface must not come into contact with any object, as fine hairs can easily get caught on the nozzle surface. This can lead to clogs and ink drips, thereby affecting the spray coding effect. Therefore, strictly adhering to the equipment operation requirements is also crucial.

Do not disassemble at will.

Each component of the inkjet printer on the machine has its purpose; do not remove them arbitrarily. Such as the main ink cartridge, auxiliary ink cartridge, filter, etc.

Maintain ink purity

The quality of the ink used in a coding machine directly affects the image quality and the nozzle's performance. Always use the ink recommended by the equipment manufacturer, as this ink has been rigorously and long-term tested, offering some assurance for the equipment and nozzle. Do not add any substances to the ink arbitrarily.
