Get to Know Laser Closed-loop Control

In control theory, closed-loop control is a fundamental concept. A control relationship refers to a relationship that, in some manner, returns as an input to the control and exerts a control effect.

Operators initiate the system, input control information into the controlled object through system operation, and feed back its status information to the input for process correction, ensuring the system output meets the expected requirements.

Laser closed-loop control is a more flexible and high-performance control method. In industrial production, most control systems utilize closed-loop control.

Closed-loop control is a form of correction applied to the output feedback of a controlled object. It adjusts the deviation between the actual measured value and the planned value to meet specifications or standards. Closed-loop control extracts control signals from changes in output quantities, providing them as input quantities for input-end control. Generally, this output-end control is opposite to the input quantity, hence termed negative feedback control, while automatic control is commonly referred to as closed-loop control. For instance, controlling the indoor air conditioning temperature.

Application:

The Laser Closed-loop Control is a real-time triangular closure composed of three components: an oxygen sensor, a computer, and a fuel flow controller. The oxygen sensor "informs" the computer of the air-fuel ratio of the mixed gas, and the computer issues commands to the fuel quantity control device to adjust the air-fuel ratio according to the theoretical direction (14.7:1). Such adjustments often exceed the theoretical value, and once the oxygen sensor detects this and reports it to the computer, the computer sends another command to return to 14.7:1. Since each adjustment cycle is rapid, the air-fuel ratio does not deviate from 14.7:1 once the system is running, ensuring a continuous closed-loop adjustment. The use of closed-loop control in the electronic fuel-injection engine keeps the engine operating at an ideal speed (with minimal deviation from the theoretical air-fuel ratio), ensuring that the vehicle not only has excellent power performance but also saves fuel.
