As a highly precise testing instrument, it should be subjected to basic maintenance and care in daily use to ensure its measurement accuracy and extend its service life.
Note:
The instrument should be used in a dry, clean, and vibration-free environment.
When moving the interferometer of the mobile lithography machine, it should be lifted to prevent track deformation before moving.
When not in use, the optical part of the instrument should be stored in a clean, dry container to prevent mold.
4. Avoid handling the instrument's mirrors and spectrometers; if necessary, do so with extreme caution and use a scientific cleaning method.
5. Transmission components, such as guides, screws, nuts, and shaft holes, should maintain good sealing. Therefore, precision instruments should be used as needed.
6. Avoid excessive force or twisting during usage, and adjust parts reasonably.
7. Prevent the lead screw from scratching or corroding the guide rail surface, ensuring it remains oil-free.
Routine Maintenance:
1. Properly store in a dry, clean indoor area to prevent vibration. When moving instruments, lift the caster to prevent track deformation. Optical components should be kept in a clean, dry bowl when not in use to avoid mold. Reflectors and spectrometers are generally not allowed to be used. When necessary, first use a spare part brush to dust off the dust, then wipe with a clean cotton ball soaked in a mixture of ethanol and ether.
2. Transmission components should possess excellent durability. In particular, the guides, screws, nuts, and shaft holes are all made with T5 precision oil gauges.
When in use, apply moderate force to the adjusting parts; do not force or pull too hard.
4. The rail surface screw must be protected against scratching and rust, and must be kept oiled after use.
5. After precise adjustment, instrument parts should be coated with red paint and must not be turned arbitrarily.
