Imported Laser Interferometer Precautions:

The instrument should be used in a dry, clean, and vibration-free environment.

When moving the instrument, support the base to prevent track deformation, then proceed with the movement.

3. When not in use, please store the instrument in a clean and dry container to prevent mold growth.

4. The rearview mirror and spectroscope of the instrument cannot be wiped. If wiping is necessary, it should be cleaned using a scientific method.

5. Guide rails, screw threads, nuts, shaft holes, and other transmission components should be well-lubricated. Therefore, if necessary, use precision instrument oil for lubrication.

6. When using imported laser interferometers, avoid situations like excessive rotation and hard stretching, and adjust parts reasonably and appropriately.

7. Prevent damage and corrosion to the screw of the track surface, maintain oil loss.

Maintenance:

The equipment should be properly placed in a dry and clean room to prevent vibration. Support the base when moving the equipment to avoid track deformation.

2. When not in use, store optical parts in a clean, dry container to prevent mold. Reflectors and spectrometers are generally not to be cleaned; when cleaning is necessary, use a spare part brush to carefully remove dust, followed by gently wiping with a lint-free cleaning cotton ball soaked in a mixture of alcohol and ether.

The transmission components should be properly lubricated. Particularly, the guides, screws, nuts, and shaft holes should be lubricated with T5 precision instrument oil.

4. During operation, the adjusting sections should be applied with moderate force; avoid strong rotation and hard twisting.

5. The guide rail screw should be protected from scratching and corrosion, and maintain oil retention after use.

All small accessories on the precision-adjusted instrument components should be painted red and must not be moved at will.
