Pre-packaged food is food that is packaged in a container in advance for delivery to consumers. All content on food labels must not describe or introduce food in a misleading, deceptive, or erroneous manner, nor should it use direct or indirect suggestive language, graphics, or symbols to confuse consumers about the food or its properties with another product. Furthermore, according to regulations, food labels must not be separated from the packaging container; all content on food labels must remain clear, accurate, and scientifically sound throughout the distribution process. Application Principles

Food Label One

All contents of food labels must not describe or introduce food in a misleading, deceptive, or erroneous manner.

All content on food labels must not, through direct or indirect suggestive language, graphics, or symbols, cause consumers to confuse the food or a characteristic of the food with another product.

All content on food labels must comply with national laws and regulations, as well as the specifications of the relevant product standards.

All content on food labels must be easily understandable, accurate, and scientific.
