They can be used for household items such as shampoo labels and advertising labels, as well as industrial purposes like battery, wire, tire, and warning labels. On the surface, the structure of PVC self-adhesive printing materials consists of three parts: the surface material, adhesive, and backing paper. The surface coating of PVC self-adhesive printing is actually a protective layer, designed to enhance ink reception and printing ease, achieving the purpose of preventing soiling, increasing ink adhesion, and preventing the detachment of printed images. The silicon coating involves applying a silicone oil layer on the base paper surface, which turns the base paper into a very smooth and low-surface-tension surface, serving to prevent the adhesive from sticking to the base paper.

As for the reverse printing, it serves to print the manufacturer's registered trademark or pattern on the back of the backing paper, serving both promotional and anti-counterfeiting purposes.

The face material is the surface that accepts printing graphics and the back that receives adhesive and is ultimately applied to the adhesive object. The purpose of the primer is to protect the face material and prevent the adhesive from渗透. It increases the opacity of the fabric; enhances the bonding strength between the adhesive and the face material; and prevents plastic face materials' plasticizers from渗透 into the adhesive, affecting its adhesive properties, leading to reduced adhesion and label detachment.

It acts as the bonding material between the self-adhesive label material and the base material, serving as a connector.
