Volatilized stamping oil is a cutting stamping oil containing easily volatile solvents, offering effective quick drying, lubrication, rust prevention, and cooling properties. It enhances the efficiency of high-speed stamping and cutting, improving overall surface finish. It contains lubricating, cooling, and rust preventive oil additives, leaving a transparent oil film on the product surface after evaporation. It does not contaminate the product surface. Suitable for high-speed stamping and cutting of small metal parts such as radiators, electronic components, electrical equipment, and automotive parts. It is applicable to stamping and cutting of products like stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper, etc., with thickness less than 0.7 mm.
Operation of stamping and stretching oil
Before stamping processing, the operation of applying drawing oil to the workpiece material requires time and labor, which hampers production efficiency, making it an easily performed operation and a property that drawing oil must possess. Particularly for large-sized parts, this property is crucial. From an operational standpoint, it is advisable to use drawing oil with low viscosity.

Cooling properties of stamping stretching oil
There are many reasons for the generation of heat in stamping processing, such as frictional heat between molds and materials and plastic deformation heat of the material, all manifesting as processing heat. Particularly when processing complex shapes or materials with high plastic deformation resistance, more heat is produced. If this heat is not removed or suppressed during continuous processing for an extended period, it accumulates on the mold, causing the mold temperature to rise continuously, further expanding the mold, and reducing the gap between the male and female molds. This leads to increased friction and stress on the material, localized high temperatures, and ultimately, the failure of the lubricating film, resulting in issues like sintering, scratches, and fractures. In such cases, using water-soluble stamping oils can suppress the generated heat, especially in high-speed continuous action processing and high-speed continuous automated processing fields, as well as in deep drawing of stainless steel or the high-speed processing of cans, where cooling-efficient water-soluble stamping oils are commonly used.

De-greasing property (easy to clean)
Drawn oil adhering to stamping parts can be effectively cleaned with low washing costs and a short time to degrease, using truly washable detergents and cleaning methods. This is also one of its important characteristics. Inadequate cleaning of stamping parts can affect subsequent processes such as painting and electroplating.
