Gating Abnormality Handling: ① During the gating process, if the slurry leaks out from other holes, this is referred to as cross-gating. When cross-gating occurs, under conditions with multiple gating machines, simultaneous gating should be performed. If conditions do not allow, the cross-gating hole should be plugged promptly. ② A sudden increase in pressure of single-component cement slurry may indicate a blockage, and the machine should be stopped for inspection. If a blockage is detected, knock or roll the gating pipe to clear it; if it cannot be cleared, the pipe should be removed. ③ A sudden increase in pressure during dual-gating with cement and water glass requires shutting off the water glass pump and performing single-component gating or injecting clear water. Resume dual-gating only after the pump pressure returns to normal. ④ Cleaning Up: Upon completion of gating, the site should be cleared immediately, all gating equipment should be withdrawn, and the remaining slurry in the equipment should be rinsed with water before using clean water to wash until the equipment is completely free of slurry, maintaining its clean and undamaged condition for future use.
