(1) For the grouting of hollow anchor rods, supervisors must maintain on-site records, and any ungrouted actions are strictly prohibited.
(2) During the construction of hollow grouting anchor bolts, ensure the hollow is unobstructed and a dedicated exhaust hole is left. The nut should be tightened after the mortar has begun to set, ensuring the washer plate makes a tight contact with the shotcrete surface.
(3) The hollow grouting anchor bolt should include accessories such as anchor head, washer plate, nut, and plug.
During the grouting process, the grouting pressure should be maintained around 0.3 MPa. Grouting may be stopped only after the slurry appears at the exhaust port.
