Producing seamless steel tubes is a complex process. To illustrate, let's take the production of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes: First, ensure all billets are ready. Then, heat and pierce the billets. After piercing, roll the billet into a tube, then heat and reduce its weight. Post-heat treatment, straighten and finish the tube. If there's no damage or physical/chemical issues, it's ready for inventory. The production process for cold-rolled seamless steel tubes is entirely different. First, prepare the billets, then acid clean and lubricate them. Cold roll the lubricated billets, followed by heat treatment. The heat-treated billets can then be straightened and finished. If all is well, they're ready for inventory.
