We offer immersion pickling, jet pickling, and acid paste rust removal methods. Immersion pickling is generally more commonly used, while jetting can be employed in large-scale production. Steel and iron parts are typically pickled in a 10% to 20% (by volume) sulfuric acid solution at a temperature of 40°C. The pickling fluid should be replaced when the iron content in the solution exceeds 80g/L and ferrous sulfate exceeds 215g/L. Under normal temperature conditions, precision steel pipes are pickled using a 20% to 80% (by volume) hydrochloric acid solution. Precision cold-drawn pipes are not prone to overcorrosion and hydrogen embrittlement. Due to the significant corrosive effect of the acid, corrosion inhibitors need to be added. After cleaning, the metal surface becomes silvery white, while the surface is passivated, enhancing the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
