Grouting pipe construction fixation and installation methods?
Grouting tube construction method:
Cut off grouting pipe according to required length (do not exceed 6 meters).
2. Insert each end of the grouting tube into the blue reducer adapter.
3. Insert the blue connector's pillar into the enhanced PVC tube.
4. Cut the reinforced PVC pipe to the required length.
5. Place a protective sleeve on the end of the reinforced PVC pipe.
6. Secure the grouting tube and reinforced PVC tube with pipe clamps.
Casting tube fixation:
1. The grouting tube can not only be fixed to any stable concrete surface with clamps, but also can be secured to reinforcing bars with wires.
2. Securely adhere to the fixed base as closely as possible. The end of the reinforced PVC pipe with a protective sleeve should expose a few millimeters of the final concrete surface for irrigation. Do not stack the ends of the protective sleeve reinforced PVC pipe; instead, lay them flat together.
3. During the mold equipment stage, the equipment is placed on a tranquil concrete surface. The grouting tube can be cut to the required length (recommended length not exceeding six meters).
4. Insert into the horn interface and confirm it is fully seated. On the other end of the horn interface, fit a PVC reinforced grouting conduit with one end capped with a small cap.
5. The grouting tube should be tightly adhered to the concrete and secured in the concrete reinforcing steel tray. The spacing of the fasteners should not exceed 25 cm. The grouting tube can also be directly tied to the concrete reinforcing steel with wire. It is necessary for the reinforced PVC grouting conduit to be exposed outside the concrete, making it easily visible and facilitating continuous grouting operations. Ensure the entire length of the grouting tube makes direct contact with the seam.
6. It is necessary to stack the two adjacent grouting pipes about 30cm. To ensure an effective grouting result, the grouting pipes must be in full contact with the entire length of the joint.
7. In case water enters the joints, you can opt for grout that can be injected through the nozzle into the cracks of the concrete wall.
8. It's preferable to grout after the concrete protection ends or the preliminary shortening phase, at which point the joints can be fully sealed.
9. It is necessary to flush the grouting pipe with water before grouting.
10. The high-pressure grouting pressure is 1.4MPa (assuming the grouting pipe is too long, the grout pressure at the inlet may be too high, which could harm the concrete).
