【PP Fume Hood Structural Features】

 

1Integrated top and bottom structureThe posts are made from one-piece, mold-formed narrow profile materials, with an independently developed design.Significantly enhanced internal operational space and exterior aesthetics.

2、The countertop handle is made of an integrated molding material independently developed, with an increased internal structure.Flow guide structure, effectively enhancing the natural air replenishment efficiency while preventing gas overflow caused by turbulence-induced disturbances.

3. The cabinet structure and manufacturing process have been subjected to FEA analysis to ensure optimal mechanical properties.

PP Ventilation CabinetMaterial Description

 

1. Overall Material: Made from 8mm acid and alkali-resistant PP material, entirely welded with the same color and quality welding wire. Offers excellent acid and alkali resistance and good weather resistance.

2. Counter Top: Made of acid and alkali-resistant homopolymer PP material, lined with "T-shaped structure", high strength, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, and easy to clean.

3. Sliding Door Systems

Guide Rails: Made of special PVC material, one-time molding, wire contact design, minimizing friction to the lowest degree.

Window Handle: Made from special PVC material, one-time molding, ergonomically designed for comfortable use, with an attractive appearance.

Synchronized wheel structural counterweight block: The counterweight is placed on the rear side of the back panel, simplifying the structure and enhancing reliability; the synchronous shaft features a pinless hexagonal structure for stability and dependability.

Hidden Sliding Door Hanging System: Custom PU synchronous belt concealed within the track, reducing the risk of corrosion from exhaust gas.

Window: Independently suspended on both sides to prevent safety issues caused by sudden door collapse due to cable breakage. Seamless left and right synchronous design with a light touch, allowing free adjustment of door height with a single finger on any corner of the sliding door. Standard 5mm tempered glass, offering good strength and safety.

3. Electronic Components:

Luminaire: 2 x 4-inch circular LED lighting fixtures, high brightness, flicker-free, long lifespan, and no blue light harm.

Socket: AC220V/10A Laboratory-Specific Corrosion-Resistant Splashproof Cover Plate

Distribution Box: 1x Homogeneous PP Shell, 1x Contactor, 1x Thermal Relay, 1x Miniature Circuit Breaker (optional)

Controller: Integrated control panel with LCD display for visual control of various parameters, compatible with either flow-type butterfly valves or Venturi valves. The system boasts a quick response time (<1S) and excellent stability. It supports 4G internet connectivity, enabling remote monitoring of fume hoods. Features electric window functionality, equipped with a visual area detection sensor that can detect even when a person is stationary. Easy to install with an Ethernet port, providing peace of mind for your operation.

Note: Water, electricity, and gas connections are independently distributed and do not interfere with each other, enhancing safety and allowing for flexible positioning for ease of use.

【Ventilation Cabinet Instructions】

1、Power on the system first before use, ensuring the entire system and the fume hood are in a ready-to-operate state.

2. The control panel is used as shown in the figure:

(To be performed specifically according to the风机 connection method, refer to the original installation manual of the control panel)

3. Adjust the glass door height to achieve the ideal operating position.

4. Additional Notes:

When conducting splashing and explosive tests, the glass door must be closed to ensure the safety of the operator.

When using an electric furnace, the base must be insulated with an electric furnace pad.

Upon completion, turn off the exhaust fan last to ensure all gases inside the cabinet are expelled, preventing any residual gases from remaining.
