PP Exhaust CabinetMaterial Description】
1. Overall Material: Made from 8mm acid and alkali-resistant PP material, fully welded using same-color, same-quality welding wire. It boasts excellent acid and alkali resistance and good weather resistance.
2. Countertop: Made of homopolymer acid and alkali-resistant PP material, lined with "T-type structure," featuring high strength, resistance to acid and alkali, impact resistance, and easy cleaning.
3. Sliding Door System
Guides: Made of special PVC material, one-time molding, wire contact design, minimizing friction to the lowest extent.
Window Handle: Made of special PVC material, one-time molding, ergonomically designed for comfortable grip, attractive appearance, and easy to use.
Synchronous Wheel Structural Counterweight: The counterweight is positioned on the rear side of the back panel, simplifying the structure and enhancing reliability; the synchronous shaft features a non-screw pin hexagonal structure for stability and dependability.
Concealed Sliding Door Hanging System: Custom PU synchronous belts are concealed within the track, reducing the risk of corrosion from exhaust fumes.
Window: Independently suspended on both sides to avoid safety issues caused by sudden door drops due to rope breakage. Seamless left-right synchronous design with a light touch, allowing single-finger adjustment of door height from any corner. Standard 5mm tempered glass, offering good strength and safety.
3. Electronic Components:

【Ventilation Cabinet Instructions】
1、Power on the system first before use, ensuring the entire system and fume hood are in standby mode.
2. The control panel is used as shown in the figure:

(To be performed according to the specific matching method of the fan, refer to the original installation manual of the control panel)
3. Adjust the glass door height to achieve the ideal operating position.
4. Additional Notes:
When conducting splash and explosive tests, the glass door must be closed to ensure the safety of the operator.
When using an electric furnace, the base must be insulated with an electric furnace pad.
Upon completion, turn off the exhaust fan last to ensure all gases inside the cabinet are expelled, preventing any residual gases from remaining.
