I.Overall Material:

8-10mm thick PP sheet, with UV resistance and aging resistance、High resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and corrosion.

II. Performance Features:

Activated carbon uses a blend of cylindrical granular carbon and SDG adsorbent, offering high adsorption efficiency; the equipment is compact in structure, occupies little space, and is easy to maintain and manage; capable of simultaneously treating various mixed organic waste gases; equipped with an automatic control operation design, easy to operate and safe; fully enclosed design, suitable for indoor and outdoor use; highly resistant to aging and corrosion.

III. Working Principle:

The PP adsorption box is a dry waste gas treatment unit, consisting of a housing and adsorption units filled within. It comes in various sizes based on the number of adsorption units and airflow. Leveraging the strong adsorption capability of activated carbon, combined with the action of a fan, it effectively吸附 organic waste gas molecules, particularly those from organic solvents like benzene, alcohol, ketones, esters, and gasoline.

 

Section 4: Activated Carbon Replacement

1. Replacement Time: After the activated carbon adsorption becomes saturated, users should replace it promptly. Generally, it is recommended to change it every 3 months or so (replacement time may vary based on the frequency of use, working conditions, and concentration levels of different customers).

2. Replacement Method:

Step 1: Shut off the exhaust system power and discontinue use.

Step Two: Loosen the stainless steel screws on the drawer lid cover.

Step 3: Open the drawer, remove the used activated carbon, package it properly, and hand it over to a qualified solid waste disposal facility for processing.

Step 4: Place new activated carbon, insert it into the carbon box, and secure the screws.

Step 5: Power on for trial operation; the equipment can be put into use without any abnormalities.
