PP Fan

PP fans are an important category of corrosion-resistant fans or plastic fans. While not entirely made of PP, the core motor part is still metal. However, the "wet section" of the fan—the parts that directly come into contact with the gas being conveyed—is all made of PP material, either injection-molded or welded. This allows it to resist corrosion from the majority of acids, bases, and organic solvents.

High strength and wear resistance:

• With reasonable structural design (such as stiffeners) and high-quality PP material, the PP fan boasts sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity, while the PP material itself also exhibits certain wear resistance.

Operation smooth, low noise:

•PP impeller has been dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation at high speeds and minimize noise and vibration.

Economical and practical

• Under the same corrosion requirements, its manufacturing cost is significantly lower than that of stainless steel or glass fiber fans, offering an excellent price-performance ratio and is the preferred choice for handling medium to low concentration corrosive gases.

PP Centrifugal Fan

Principle of Operation: Accelerates the gas using a high-speed rotating impeller, then converts the kinetic energy into static pressure within the helical casing, thereby expelling the gas. Its feature is the higher wind pressure generated.

Application: The most common type, mainly used in ventilation systems with pipes, where it is necessary to overcome the resistance of pipes and purification equipment (such as scrubbers, activated carbon boxes). For example, as a matching power fan for fume hoods, PP ventilation cabinets, and PP scrubbers.
