PP Blower

PP fans belong to an important category of corrosion-resistant fans or plastic fans. While not entirely made of PP, the core motor part is still metallic. However, the "wet section" of the fan – all parts that come into direct contact with the transported gas – are all made of PP material, either injection-molded or welded. This allows them to withstand corrosion from the majority of acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

High strength and wear resistance:

• With reasonable structural design (such as reinforcing ribs) and high-quality PP material, the PP fan boasts sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity, while the PP material itself also exhibits certain wear resistance.

Operates smoothly with low noise:

•The PP impeller is dynamically balanced for smooth operation at high speeds, resulting in relatively low noise and vibration.

Economical and practical

• Under the same corrosion prevention requirements, its manufacturing cost is significantly lower than that of stainless steel or glass fiber fans, offering an exceptional cost-performance ratio and is the preferred choice for handling medium to low concentration corrosive gases.

PP Centrifugal Fan

Operating Principle: Utilizes a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then converts the kinetic energy into static pressure within the spiral casing, thereby expelling the gas. Its feature is the high wind pressure generated.

Application: Most commonly used in ventilation systems with pipelines, where resistance from pipelines and purification equipment (such as scrubbers, activated carbon boxes) needs to be overcome. For example, as a matching power fan for fume hoods, PP ventilation cabinets, and PP scrubbers.
