PP Blower

PP fans belong to an important category of corrosion-resistant fans or plastic fans. While not entirely made of PP, the core motor part is still metal, the "wet section" of the fan—i.e., all components that come into direct contact with the transported gas—are made entirely of PP, formed through injection molding or welding. This enables them to withstand corrosion from the vast majority of acids, bases, and organic solvents.

High strength and wear resistance:

• Designed with reasonable structural configurations (such as reinforced ribs) and high-quality PP materials, the PP fan boasts adequate mechanical strength and rigidity, and the PP material itself also features certain wear resistance.

Smooth operation, low noise:

•PP impeller is dynamically balanced, ensuring smooth operation at high speeds with relatively low noise and vibration.

Economical and practical

• Under the same corrosion prevention requirements, its manufacturing cost is significantly lower than that of stainless steel or glass fiber reinforced wind turbines, offering an exceptional cost-performance ratio. It is the preferred choice for handling medium to low concentration corrosive gases.

PP Centrifugal Fan

Operating Principle: Utilizes a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then converts the kinetic energy into static pressure within the helical housing, thereby expelling the gas. Its feature is the high wind pressure it generates.

Application: The most common type, primarily used in ventilation systems with pipes, where overcoming resistance from pipes and purification equipment (such as scrubbers, activated carbon boxes) is required. For instance, as a matching power fan for fume hoods, PP fume cabinets, and PP scrubbers.
