【PP Acid-Resistant and Alkali-Resistant Cabinet Material Description】

Material: The entire product is made of 8mm white PP (polypropylene) sheets, welded together using the same color and quality welding rods. It boasts excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, as well as excellent weather resistance.

2. Cabinet Structure: 50*50 square tube uprights, top and bottom plates, and middle partition boards are connected with tenon and mortise structure with side panels, greatly enhancing the cabinet's stability and load-bearing capacity. Additionally, the skirting board is flush with the uprights, eliminating dead corners for easy cleaning.

3. Activity Shelf Panels

① Utilizing 8mm porcelain white PP sheeting with raised edges, the entire structure is welded for a seamless finish, with a thickness of 60mm, and no waste material is used in assembly.

② The overall design is modular, allowing for easy removal and placement in suitable compartments, freely combining the spaces between layers.

③ The shelves can be placed with either side facing up; when placed in reverse, the standing edges around provide some anti-spill protection.

④ Embedded shelf adjustment structure, with the maximum shelf size closely abutting the side panels and rear panel.

4. Window and Door Systems

Handle: Made of PP material, molded in one piece for a beautiful appearance, available in a variety of colors.

②Hinges: Made from PP material, one-time molding, available for both internal or external covers; exquisitely designed with a variety of colors to choose from.

③ Door Panel: Made of 8mm white porcelain PP board, one-piece bending formed, with exquisite appearance and resistance to deformation.

5. Door Lock: One-time molding double deadbolt or one-time molding double hole padlock (optional).

6. Adjustable Feet: The cabinet comes standard with 4 adjustable feet, featuring a concealed internal adjustment. Simply open the cabinet door to adjust. No additional tools required; it's simple, convenient, and highly practical.
