【Material Description for PP Medicine Cabinet】

Material: Entirely made of 8mm white PP (polypropylene) board,焊接with color-matching, identical filler wire. Excellent acid and alkali resistance, and excellent weather resistance.

2. Cabinet Structure: 50*50 square tube uprights, top and bottom plates, and middle partition boards are mated with side boards, significantly enhancing the cabinet's stability and load-bearing capacity. Moreover, the skirting boards are level with the uprights, eliminating dead corners for easy cleaning and maintenance.

3. Activity Tray

① Utilizing 8mm porcelain white PP sheets with upright edges, the entire structure is welded for a seamless finish, thickness of 60mm, with no waste assembly.

②Overall design is modular, allowing for easy removal and placement in suitable compartments, freely combining the space of each layer.

③ The deck boards can be placed either side up; when placed upside down, the standing edges around provide a certain degree of anti-spill effect.

④ Embedded shelf adjustment structure, with the maximum size of the shelves close to both side panels and the back panel.

4. Window and Door Systems

① Pull Handle: Made from PP material, one-time molding ensures a beautiful appearance with a variety of colors available.

② Hinge: Made by one-time molding with PP material, available for internal or external cover, featuring exquisite appearance and a variety of colors to choose from.

③ Door Panel: Crafted from 8mm porcelain white PP board, one-piece bending molding, with a beautiful appearance and resistance to deformation.

5. Door Locks: Molded once, featuring double secret locks or molded once, double-hole padlocks. (Optional)

6. Adjustment Feet: The cabinet comes standard with 4 adjustable feet, featuring a concealed internal adjustment. Simply open the cabinet door to adjust. No additional tools required, making it simple, convenient, and highly practical.
