How to Install Linear Drainage Channels:
1. Determine the trench excavation dimensions
The trench excavation dimensions are determined based on the finished trench's outer diameter and load-bearing requirements. The higher the load-bearing grade, the thicker the concrete required at the S and H positions.
2. Concrete structures
The concrete structure in Section H, based on load-bearing requirements: for low load-bearing requirements, a 30-50mm thick cushion layer can be directly applied, with bricks added on top. If conditions do not meet the requirements, concrete can be used directly. For Section S, the thickness of 30-50mm is determined specifically according to the on-site geographical environment. When the load-bearing grade reaches E600-F900 (suitable for heavy trucks), Section H requires 8mm rebar to form a 15cm x 15cm grid structure for reinforcement, with Section S to be no less than 100mm.
3. Manhole arrangement
The sinks are designed with male and female slots (one protruding and one concave) for direct assembly, with the seam treatment varying according to the specific environmental conditions.
A. Indoor: Generally requires waterproofing treatment, apply a layer of waterproofing at positions S and H, and seal the sink joints with adhesive (waterproof adhesive, marble adhesive, structural adhesive, etc. are all acceptable).
B. Outdoor: Generally not treated; directly assembled, seams not treated, especially for large projects
C. If the wastewater is polluted, it requires waterproof treatment to prevent leakage.
4. Linear Cover Installation:
A. The linear cover is directly placed over the sink. The square tube at the bottom of the cover is locked into the槽 in the middle of the sink without any preparation. Simply cover it. If stone covering is required on top of the cover,砂浆 or adhesive should be applied between the stone and the cover. The砂浆 is recommended to be no less than 3mm thick, depending on the stone's thickness; thicker stone requires thicker砂浆. Adjustments should be made according to the on-site construction.
B. The position of the gap should be as low as possible, around 3 millimeters, to facilitate drainage, and the height should not exceed the finished surface height of the ground.
