Zibo Kунpeng Anticorrosion Equipment Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zibo Mining Bureau. Our factory produces plastic-lined anticorrosion pipeline fittings, which are a new type of anticorrosive product developed with the assistance of our R&D and design departments, referencing domestic and international similar products and materials. This product utilizes carbon steel lining (PP steel lined with polypropylene, LLDPE steel lined with polyethylene, PTFE steel lined with PTFE pipes) and is processed through special techniques according to national standards. It boasts high strength, strong corrosion resistance, chemical stability, non-aging, a wide temperature application range, and a long service life. It is a new product that can replace stainless steel and lined rubber pipelines within a certain scope. Various fittings are manufactured according to national standards, offering interchangeability and versatility, superior in quality and performance to traditional products, and easy to install. Over the past decade, our factory has provided matching installation services for major and medium-sized power plants, metallurgy, chemical, water production enterprises in China, with our products receiving consistent positive feedback from customers.

Our factory currently has the following manufacturing equipment:

1. A complete pickling and rust removal system (with an acid tank measuring 8m x 1m)

2. A complete sandblasting and rust removal system (including an air compressor of 6m³ capacity)

3. Heating Furnace (Dimensions: 8m x 1.5m x 1.5m) 120KW

1. A plastic coating production line.

We specialize in manufacturing steel-lined polypropylene (PP), steel-lined linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), polyolefin copolymers (PO), steel-lined PTFE (Teflon) piping, steel-lined rubber piping fittings, steel-wear-resistant composite piping fittings, and deep well coated steel piping fittings.

Our factory undertakes various anti-corrosion projects (fiberglass, acid-resistant brick flooring, equipment, steel structures), produces high and medium-pressure flanges, pipe fittings, and handles pipeline pickling services.
