Benefits of VHP Pass-Through Chamber Sterilization
Disinfection and sterilization can be carried out at room temperature.
2. Short sterilization cycle; the sterilization cycle for hydrogen peroxide vaporization is only 1-4 hours.
3. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization is harmless to operators and environmentally friendly, leaving only water and oxygen as byproducts.
4. The steam sterilization chamber experiences significant pressure differences, which, due to the long-term repeated pressurization and vacuuming, shortens the lifespan of the chamber and equipment; the use of hydrogen peroxide sterilization, due to improved pressure and temperature conditions, extends the operational lifespan and maintenance cycle of both the chamber and the equipment.
5. Long-term steam sterilization can easily damage the metallic passivation film on the surface with moist heat gases, whereas vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization rarely causes such damage.
