6. The interior is smooth, rust-free, and free of deposits, offering a total flow rate 25%-30% higher than that of metal hoses with the same nominal diameter. There is no nominal diameter damage at the connection parts.
7. Employing a unique processing technique, a convex mesh-like structure pattern is produced inside the seamless steel tube, significantly enhancing the sliding friction between the outer metallic hose and the inner plastic hose.
Furthermore, it has reasonably reduced the inconsistency of internal and external tube intermediate thermal expansion, with the thermal expansion coefficient of seamless square tubes at 2.5×(1/100000)/°C, and a service life five times that of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes.
