Cold-Resistant Conveyor Belt: Constructed with a canvas fabric core and a steel wire rope core as the skeletal layer, coated externally with cold-resistant cover and edge glue. The cover glue forms a microporous carbonized layer upon exposure to high temperatures, which is cold-resistant and can prevent further heat transfer into the belt body, reducing the internal strength of the belt.
Core materials include NN100, NN150, NN200, NN250, NN300, NN350, NN400, NN450, and NN500. Width ranges from 100mm to 3000mm. The number of layers varies from 1 to 10. Covering胶 thickness: working surface: 1.5-8.0mm, non-working surface: 1.5-4.5mm.
The carbonized layer, during the belt operation, develops irregular tiny cracks and is cooled using the belt. It features high elasticity, impact resistance, low permanent deformation upon compression, and excellent cold resistance. It can withstand material temperatures from -60 to 0°C, with an instantaneous temperature of 800°C. Tensile strength ranges from 500 to 10,000 N/mm². Width: 500 to 3200 mm.
Widely used in centralized areas such as cement plants, coal mines, quarries, power plants, steel mills, for main conveying lines, long-distance transportation, tunnel conveyance, ship loaders, inclined conveyance, and other material conveying sites.
