In the plastic processing industry, issues such as shrinkage, silvering, bubbles, cracking, streaks, and poor transparency can arise in products. The primary cause of these poor qualities is insufficient drying before the plastic is molded. Engineering plastics like PA, PET, PC, PBT, CA, etc., which have strong hygroscopic properties, cannot be fully dried by traditional hot air dryers due to moisture seeping into the plastic granules.
Through practical proof, it is only when the dew point of the drying wind is reduced below -40℃ and the heat is controlled to pass over the surface of moisture-containing plastic particles that the moisture content can be reduced to below 0.02% before molding. The all-in-one dehumidifying and drying machine achieves this by thoroughly dehumidifying and heating the air within a sealed recirculating system, allowing the dry air to quickly extract all moisture from the plastic particles, thus achieving the dehumidifying and drying effect.
