1. When operating the central feeding system, pay close attention to the bearing temperature and ensure that the bearings are well-lubricated. Also, be vigilant for any abnormal sounds or vibrations. In the event of any irregularities, the first step should be to shut down and inspect for any obstructions by non-breakable objects or for damage to the central feeding system.
Before shutting down the centralized material supply system, it should be first stopped to deplete the material within the machine and then the power supply to the motor should be disconnected.
3. Worn-out components in the central feeding system should be replaced or repaired promptly.
4. When the central feeding system is shut down, check if the bolts are securely tightened and the degree of wear on the parts prone to wear. With a bit more attention during daily use, the central feeding system can be made more durable and more beneficial to the company's profitability.
5. Inspect the particle size of the broken products to ensure it meets the requirements. If there are too many particles exceeding the specified size, identify the cause (such as excessively large screen gaps, overly wide discharge openings, or worn hammers, etc.), and take appropriate measures to address the issue.
6. Prior to startup, manually rotate the transmission wheel one or two circles to ensure smooth movement. Once confirmed, begin operating the central feeding system and only supply materials once the central feeding system is running normally.
7. Ensure uniform feeding of plastic central feeding system products to prevent overloading. Strictly prevent non-breakable objects such as metal and wood from falling into the machine. When it's not possible to crush, the moisture content of the feed material should not be too high; for wet crushing, an appropriate amount of water is required to prevent blockages due to insufficient flushing and reduce production capacity.
The safety device of the central feeding system must remain in good condition; under no circumstances should it be disabled for the sake of convenience.
