Fiberglass piping

Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) piping is a lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant non-metallic pipe. It is constructed by layering glass fibers with a resin matrix around a rotating mandrel according to process requirements, with quartz sand evenly distributed between the fibers as a sand-laying layer. The wall structure is rational, fully utilizing the material's properties, enhancing stiffness while ensuring product stability and reliability. FRP sand-laying pipes are well-received by a wide user base due to their excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, lightweight and high strength, non-scaling, strong seismic resistance, longer service life compared to conventional steel pipes, low overall cost, quick installation, and safety.

Fiberglass piping is used in industries such as oil, chemical, and drainage. The production of fiberglass piping in our country is developing rapidly, with the quantity increasing year by year, and its application scope and departments are also expanding.

Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) pipes are made from resins (food-grade resins for drinking water transmission), glass fibers, and quartz sand, and are produced using special processes.
