Digital Demonstration Factory

Konele Machinery boasts three major production bases, spanning 100,000㎡ of factory space. We utilize batch production with Austrian IGM welding robots and Japanese FANUC fully automatic welding robots, and have introduced an environmentally friendly fully automatic shot blasting, painting, and baking paint integrated production line.

Konele Machinery is advancing towards Germany's Industry 4.0 through digital transformation, focusing on lean production, automation, networking, and intelligence to build a 30,000-square-meter intelligent manufacturing workshop. Konele has established the MOM cloud platform to bridge the gap from offline to online, integrating various departments of the enterprise, enhancing work efficiency, shortening delivery cycles, and improving product quality.
